Heading into 2023 - A Look at Calgary Stats

As we enter the first month of 2023 there is a lot of speculation on the state of the market for the coming year. We don’t have a crystal ball, but the stats from the Calgary Real Estate Board speak volumes of what we can look for in the coming months and year.

With lower inventory and the highest level of population growth in Alberta due to interprovincial migration and immigration ever in 2022, we are likely to see a seller’s market well into 2023. New listings will likely go quickly!
