Do You Have to Pay To Use A Mortgage Broker?

Did you know that you do not have to pay a broker for their services? At least not at MMG! The financial institutions pay our brokerage house a finders fee and therefore a consumer does not need to pay. In some circumstances such as private lending or commercial financing, a fee may be charged but only if agreed-upon between the broker and the borrower. However in most all standard residential transactions, fees are not charged from the brokerage.
