Our experience of working with Heather and her team was fantastic from start to finish. We came to MMG one week before we had to waive financing conditions on a condo that we had put an offer on. With a slightly complex financial situation we were having difficulty getting the mortgage we wanted from our bank (which we had banked with for many years and had another mortgage). In our first conversation Heather was very professional and on top of her game and immediately inspired confidence that she was going to get us a mortgage that worked for us. The week before we waived conditions was very stressful for us, but Heather was great at staying in constant communication to update us on progress. The end of the story is that we got a mortgage through MMG at the terms we wanted in the time frame we needed. The best way to say it, is that I sleep easy at night knowing all my mortgage needs now and in the future are taken care of with an absolute professional.
